If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refund and exchange.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund and Exchange Policy:

“ Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
“ Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
“ Website” refers to OffGamers Online Game Shop, accessible from https://www.offgamers.com/my/en.
“ You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Refund and Exchange Policy

You acknowledge and understand that transactions successfully made using any of the OffGamers Sites or Services are final. No returns will be accepted, no items are exchangeable, and no refunds will be issued unless expressly specified otherwise in these Terms. OffGamers shall not be liable for any Goods that have been stolen, misplaced or misused without authorization. In the event that a refund/exchange will be made to you after dispute and/or error handling, the time frame to credit the refund to your bank or payment service account shall depend on the Payment Channel used or your bank or payment service provider.

Banking methods are non-refundable to the original payment source. The refund for these payment methods only to the Store credit.

Digital Goods

Unless otherwise specified, any form of Digital Goods purchased into the customer's Account is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

OffGamers reserves the rights to consider refund or exchange requests under exceptional cases, such as, if the goods bought-in in any form of Digital Goods is deemed faulty or damaged or not usable.

The customer is required to submit a request to OffGamers.com within 6 months from the date of purchase on any faulty or damaged goods. Failure to do so will automatically forfeit the customer's right to make any request for refund or exchange.

Store Credit

The Store Credit in the Account shall automatically expire, without prior notice given by OffGamers, on the last day of the second (2nd) year from the day when the Store Credit was first credited into the Account or such other timeframe as OffGamers may determine.

When the Account is closed, Store Credit is no longer accessible by you and any remaining balance of Store Credit will be refunded.

Giftcard

Each Gift Card is not transferable to the other users by the cardholder and cannot be exchanged with cash.

The Gift Card has a set dollar value that is printed on the front of the Card and cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

During the redemption of goods, if the value of the goods exceeds the amount stated in the Gift Card, the balance should be settled by cash or other available payment methods.

However, if the value of the goods is less than the amount stated in the Gift Card, then the difference thereof shall be converted to Store Credits and placed in your OffGamers account.

For the avoidance of doubt, OffGamers shall not be obliged to enquire or verify at the redemption of the Gift Card, if such Gift Card has been properly obtained.

OffGamers shall not be held responsible for the loss or damage of the Gift Card and any of the losses or damages suffered by the holder of the Gift Card that arise from or in connection with the loss or damage of the Gift Card.

OffGamers Points

OffGamers Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Softpin

Refund on pre-order item is available 2 weeks prior to product release. This does not apply to pre-order of CD Game Key. Once the product is released, there will be no refund, transfer or exchange shall be permitted.

Any form of CD Key, Gift Card, Time Card, Expansion, Game Points, Pre-paid Card, Trial/Beta/Item Code, Game Key, Softpin purchased into the customer's account is neither refundable nor exchangeable.

However, refund or exchange request in exceptional cases will be considered if the goods bought-in in any form of CD Key, Gift Card, Time Card, Expansion, Game Points, Pre-paid Card, Trial/Beta/Item Code, Game Key is deemed faulty or damaged.

OffGamers reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions above without prior notice.

Conditions for Refund/Exchange

From the dispute handling process, if OffGamers determines that the supply of goods is deemed faulty or damaged due to OffGamers’s negligence, in order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund or exchange, please make sure that:

The Goods are defective or damaged.
The Goods were purchased within the 6 months from the date of purchase.
The Goods are in the original packaging. (only applicable for physical goods)

The following Goods cannot be refunded or exchanged:

The supply of Goods is out of stock or the item is not available anymore.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. (only applicable for physical goods)
The supply of Goods which is, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. (only applicable for physical goods)
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds and exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. For Physical Goods, you should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for the Physical Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We require a receipt or proof of purchase in OffGamers for the payment to be refunded for all types of Goods.
